How do I extend my rental?
Use the
/renew_rental
command followed by the deployment ID. The bot will guide you through the renewal process.
What happens if my rental expires?
You will be notified 24 hours before your rental expires. If not renewed, the service will be terminated, and any unsaved data will be lost.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
Is there a trial period available?
Occasionally, trial periods may be offered. Check with the bot for any active promotions.
